I thought I was to get the 3 creams for the shipping charge of approx £3.00 each. I also ordered some for my two daughters. On checking my bank accoung 3 separate amounts were taken from my account which amounted to £205.95. I phoned customer service who said I could keep all the creams but she would only give me half of the refund of £102.00. I have advised my bank Lloyds Tsb and they are very aware of this company so they can claim this back on your behalf. Whatever bank you are with phone them up and they can advise you. Customer from Glasgow, I have today sent by recorded delivery 3 such creams back this cost £5.90 only but is worth it but you have to phone up to cancel your subscription as they will each month continue to take our £79.00 from your bank account. Be very aware of this and they just refer to saying "DID YOU READ THE TERMS % CONDITIONS JUNE FROM GLASGOW UK
