After years of completing surveys and at-home testing, I finally collected enough points for a substantial gift card, at which time IPSOS declared my account 'inactive' and simply said, 'thanks for your understanding.'Ironically, I continue to receive survey requests from them and even received a test kit at my home for a year-long project. I called the 800 number and told them I could not participate unless my account was opened, and they never returned my call. I DO NOT understand, and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have also noticed many of the same complaints on message boards about IPSO-SO, BEWARE!
