On May/191, I Had sent a friend into this store with my Visa card to buy me two hotdogs. My friend brings out my two hotdogs and he gives me back my Visa card. Then my friend tells me that the store manger, her name is (Nikki A.) works for the Kompak Store address 1119 E Main St Clarksburg, West Virginia Phone 304-624-3528. My friend tells me that this lady tells him that he can not use my Visa card in that store anymore because of the persons name on it which is my name. And he said that the lady had told him that i'm not even allowed in that store anyways.
So i go home and call the other Kompak Store to report this person. Their address is 1204 N 20th St Clarksburg WV phone 304-622-4720. I Speak with this woman, I tell her what the other store manger had said to my friend about myself and my Visa card. Anyways i'm told this by the other store they say that their other store manger is right, that it is a federal law for me to allow other people to use my card and that no one else is allowed to use other people cards in their stores. I myself know that it is not a federal law. If i myself allow another person to use my card which i did so.
I had asked to speak with the store owner his name is Mike Goots, I had asked them if he could contact me in regards to this matter, not anyone else. Then i get a phone call, at my home from the other store manger The one i'm making a complaint about which is (Nikki A.) This lady says to me that the other store had called her because i had called them about her, Then this lady says to me that i am not allowed or anyone to let other people use my Visa Card because it is a federal law to do so, and this lady tells me that i am not allowed in their store anyways. Then I asked her why, she says to me her reason and she says it is because you had dissrespected my friends dead mother in the store and she says that I had also disrespected her. She says i was yelling at her, and she says that i was also intoxicated in their store.
I had called the other store back and asked them to tell that other manger not to call my home anymore because i had not asked them to ask her to call me, I had asked them for the store owner to call me. If this is true then it should be on camera and they should be able to produce their evidence. My pesonal opinion should not be used as dissrespect. And this Manager says i was doing all this in their store like yelling at her and even intoxicated in treir store. Then if what she is saying about me to be ture, then why did she not call the police and report me.
