I was called on my cell phone by Key One Solutions, telling me I can get my APR lowered on my credit cards. That I would see my min payments cut in half and have the credit cards paid off in 3-4 yrs. I was on a 3 way call with the credit card companies and my loan advisor. No APR's were lowered and they did not save me $2500 which they guaranted. I asked to speak with my loan advisor and he was never available and had no voice mail. DO NOT DO THIS PROGRAM!!! They do not give you your money back and it IS A SCAM!!! I have a complaint into the Attorney General in the fraud dept.
