This company convinced me to do there program telling me there was nothing like it. They told me that they can call my credit card companies and have my interest rates lowered and i will save at least $2,500 or more. I can not believe i fell for this. Im usually very careful, but not this time. I called them last week to find out how my accounts were going and was told that they got 3 out of the 10 credit cards lowered. I was then told they were only lowered about 1 to 2 percent each. So they got about 4 to 5 percent knocked off just three of my cards total.
You should also know that they only do this every six months so i was pretty upset when i found out only a few cards were done. I was very disapointed because they made it sound like it would come off and i would save quickly. Now they convinced me to charged the $798 insuring me that it will pay for itself in my savings of the interest rate going down. It even said something to that effect on there website. Now here's the kicker... I called my credit card companies that UDS said they called and much to my surprise, THEY NEVER CALLED ANY OF THEM. I called UDS immediately and was even told by them that they were suspicous of the rep who worked on my account because I was the second person who complained about this. I told her I wanted my money back and did not want to deal with there company anymore. I was told i would never get my money back cause they have me on tape saying i agreed to there program. The problem is, i did not agree to them not doing the job and telling me they did. This sounds like they commited fraud.
She was also not very happy when i told her i put a dispute on my credit card that they charged there services for. She still said i will not get my money back. Another thing that really started to scare me was whenever i asked to speak to a manager or get the owners info, they said they dont have managers like that and that i could only talk to this one person. Im not sure if i can say her name, so i wont. But this one person who i asked if she was a manager and she told me no, but the help i need ends with her. I could not believe she said these things to me. She also tried very hard to keep me as a customer by telling me she would get on the phone with me and my credit cards to negotiate my credit card rates.
This company and there reps seem to make things extremly difficult almost to the point where they make you to exhausted to fight them on the problem anymore. I looked them up on the BBB and found out that there real name was United Debt Solutions, it has the same address as the one i have for UDS Marketing on BBB's file. There was a report on there saying: Customer Experience Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint (s) There was a number on there that I called and got hung up on twice when i asked to speak to a manager. I am so suspicious of this company. I have read other's who went thru almost the same thing as me and they say they are great to there customers. Be careful and really do research on them if you are thinking of using them.
