No idea how they got Credit card details and address. Kids not owning up either and I know I didn't order any 'trial' and pay for the postage.
1 package has arrived in post with 'small print' informing if not returned within 7 days, more money would be taken and more products dispatched at a cost of 79.95 per month.
Have canceld Credit Card, but 3 payments already deducted.
Have called their UK call-centre on 0844 745211 and they 'appear' to be real, but offer no real help and give the runaround, nor will they disclose company details, addresses, directors etc.
Will keep you posted, but doubt any money will be refunded.
Truly they are the scum of the earth
