Saw this offer by email advertiused at £2.95 for both products. Proceeded to order and was not shown the price even when i entered my credit card details. Only when I got an email did it say that it was alomost £20.00. I immediately sent an email to cancel but was told this was already dispatched. I obtained the necessary returns information and informed that I would receive full refund after a lot of hassle and most uncommunicative person I have ever encountered. When i got my credit card statement it showed a charge for both products of £4.95 totalling £9.90. I phoned to complain got the usual run around and told that as I had agreed to pay for postage and packaging which was this charge. It cost me less than £2 to return these goods and feel completely ripped off as once you agree to receive these goods you are caught in their web irrespective if the products are genuine or not. It is a real scam. I also asked for their address and directors and told that they were not obliged to give out their details. Would like any help to pursue this matter although sum is small.
