After accepting my $ through PayPal, Rios Shoes did not ship my shoes. I e-mailed them two weeks later but received no response. I e-mailed them again three weeks later, but again, silence. They supposedly provided PayPal with proof of shipping, but I was never provided any such proof, any confirmation of shipping, or any tracking number and I suspect their "proof" is fraudulent.
