Christmas Lights Paid 120 Dollars Never Received and Emails Ignored

I purchased Christmas light from Groupon on line. I have payed $120 and I haven't received my goods since then. I have written to them so many times they never got to me back. I have lost my confirmation number because my email address was canceled I do not know what to do next.
