The website owned by BRLLC.org offers a "reduced" price for potential income by virtue of taking surveys, and receiving payment for them. Once you pay the $44.95 you are immediately sent to a "special offer" page for a "VIP upgrade". You are hit three times for this, and then when you finally decline and move on, you are directed to a page that offers a "free" $1995 value website setup. The website setup is NOT free. If you sign up, you are charged a RECURRING; $16.95 a month fee. You cannot get past this page unless you sign up. This is where I stopped and backed out of the site. I called their 'customer support' (somewhere in the East) and was directed to the website that processes refunds. I am currently awaiting action on the refund of my $44.95 after opening a ticket with the website.
