This HORROR story is 17 YEARS in the making!!! In 1995, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Her father wanted NOTHING to do with us. That was his choice, but he IS going to take care of my daughter! When she was 4 months, I went down to child support thinking I was doing the RIGHT THING for my child!
Well, a few months later, child support called me on the phone. It seems that in order for my case to get started "there would be some things that "I" would have to do". I was confused. I though all I had to do was fill out the application, MAYBE go to court.
