Bought a new Lenovo laptop May 21 from Best Buy. I travel overseas and one week later battery is dead and won't take charge. Given the runaround, must return to states, tech must remove battery, nasty service personel. Finally I have to just buy another battery. Lesson learned: NEVER buy lenovo.
