I ordered a months sample of the cream and was told all i paid was the postage and packing of £4.95. I received the cream and was'nt very impressed so i did not order any more. On 19/4 i was sent another bottle and charged £79.95, if i had any idea of the prices in the first place i would'nt even have bothered with the sample. I got back to mystique and complained and was told to send the cream back and i would get a full refund of which i did, but another payment of £84.90 was taken out of my account. I got back to them and was given the biggest load of rubbish saying when i ordered the first sample i did not send it back within 14 days so i had to pay the full price and was then a regular customer. It says nothing about any of this when you order the sample but the woman who i spoke to told me i will not be refunded £84.90 because it was my fault as i had'nt read the conditions of which there are'nt any.
