My son and his fiance and small children were evicted after the office manager found my 17-month-old grand daughter playing in the driveway and called the police. This was not a criminal activity. My son works nights and he was asleep so the baby pulled a toy she could stand on to the door. She then stood on top of it to remove the latch and wandered outside. The doors have latches which make it easy for a child to open and the latch is positioned in a low area. Had the latch been higher up she would not have been able to reach it. So this makes them liable in my opinion. She only gave them an hour to remove all of their belongings and find somewhere to stay and then lied to them about refunding their deposit. After they got everything out, they inspected the room a made false accusations so they could keep their deposit. She called me room and told me they were not allowed to visit me because they were not allowed back on the premises. I live here also and have now started looking for another place to move because I don't trust these people.
