They tried to scam me for $99.49. I had the forethought to call my local bank and change my account numbers and other information when they tried to charge my account. I saw the accompanying charge and blocked it at the bank, then I went to their website and sent them an email advising them that what they were doing is illegal and I was preparing to file criminal charges and complaints through my local police department and state Attorney General. Five minutes after my e-mail, Maria Jones called me from the following number 1-818-255-9973 and after verifying who I was she removed me from their lists or whatever else they have and advised me that they would NOT be charging my account for anything. I have been watching my bank statements and so far, no further attempts to charge my accounts, the old one or the new one. Hope this helps. (By the way, I went ahead and contacted my state Attorney General anyway and filed a complaint.) I think if everyone took the time to do this, this company would be shuttered for its illegal activity.
