SCAM / Ripoff

I have read the above complaints, and wishful thinking that people have of ever getting their money back from this ripoff, or getting it to stop because you recieved a cancellation number from them. I am here to tell you that none of it seems to work. I bank with Bank of America, which is a very dependable banking institution that helps you out when you are getting ripped off like this, however, even with the bank's assistance, my filing of a complaint with the bank, contacting the company that is doing this, and also getting a cancellation number from them, I have to say that I am still being billed at the rate of $49.95 per month from them, and have been being billed this for many months now. No matter what you do, short of going through the hassle of closing your bank account and opening a new one, it doesnt seem to stop.

This is my advice to everyone that is being rippedoff/scammed by this company (who, as mentioned earlier by the Austraillian company, goes by multiple names, multiple domains, and intentionally tries to hide how to get ahold of them). At this point people, we need to take action. Contact the local FBI office and explain to them that you have been ripped off. Give them the web address to this site so that they can see that others are being ripped off as well. Now, contact your local Police department and file formal criminal charges against this company, and be sure to get a copy of the police report when it is ready (keep the police report for lawsuit purposes or for use by the FBI). Now, make a copy of the police report and get t to your bank, and if possible, print out a copy of this web site for the bank as well so that they can see that this is not an isolated incident. You will probably find that a bank is much more willing to stand behind you on this if you have filed formal criminal charges with both the FBI and the local police, as well as showing that this is happening to others as well. If enough people take these steps, the FBI will react and make arrests, and the local police department may also seek criminal charges in you own state which will put these scam artists in court (criminally) in just about every state, as well as in a federal forum. With all of this going on, you can bet that an attorney will jump in here somewhere and file a class action suit on our behalf.

This plan gets rid of the ripoffs and shows them that people will band together against such illeagl activity, gets them into a criminal court room and hopefully some jail time, and gets the billing to cease. Wishing you all the best.
