Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

I received an approval guaranteed acceptance certificate for a $5,000 platinum card verification #5772545-GC. I was ready to write them a check for $49.00 but first decided to do a Google search. Thank God I did. I think these people should be put in jail. I can't believe in this day and age people are still getting away with this. I would like to be contacted by someone. I will help do whatever is necessary to stop these frauds.
