*DO NOT SUBMIT REQUEST FOR "FREE TRIAL OFF"...* Trying to get a refund is nearly IMPOSSIBLE! They send you your free trial w / a flier that states "CALL US FIRST" & then lists a phone number (along w / a website). The phone number does work but you have to call SEVERAL times because it's ALWAYS busy... Other numbers come up disconnected.
If you're already a "victim" to all this and are still needing a number try 866.949.1038 - it does work - you just need a lot of time to spare to try and get through.
This is how bad this company is: I called my local bank to see how to go about getting charges reversed, they asked me if my complaint was against ACAI Berry Detox (I hadn't even mentioned it was a diet product company I was having problems with! And, my bank is only located in the state of WA - imagine how wide spread this problem really is if a local bank has had that many complaints!!!) My bank referred me to the Better Business Bureau and to my State Attorney General's office to file complaints. The local news was also interested.
PLEASE - don't fall prey like I did.
