Euro American Timeshare, E.A. T Sales, LLC, Three Companies run by the Same Fraudsters

The four fraudsters who ran this organization (James Tomasso, Wesley McFarlane, Nicholas Higgins, and Frank Defilipo) have entered into a Plea Agreement in this criminal case. Sentencing is set for July 12 before Judge Kenneth Ryskamp in Palm Beach Florida. The alias names used were Jimmie Johnson, William Davis, Nicky Blue, Colin Finnigan, James Michaels, among others. The Case Number is 11-80157-KLR. All parties, as one would suspect have checkered pasts. If you have been ripped off you may want to send a letter to the the Judge in this case.
