Technology Xchange Update to Injunctive Action Suit by Ocwen

In a court apperance on Tuesday for this case the Judge disclosed his relationship with the CEO of Ocwen. A Motion to Recuse has been submitted to the Court.

Also a Hearing has been set for the Motion to Dismiss, the Judge did grant a Hearing of Deposistion but, a Protective order was submiited with the Motion to Recuse and the same judge cannot rule on the Motion.

Further update the Congressional Compliant has been turned over to OSHA under rule 1514A.
