I called customer service after finding these charges on my credit card bill. As I understood the deal (as well as many others on scambook did), I was to pay for the shipping and handling for free product. I received both items. On March 28th I received another box of these products. The next day I received this months mastercard bill, I had been charged for these products on February 23rd and again on March 12th. I called their customer service department and was told that I had agreed to a monthly subscription to their product. I don't recall reading that and I am sure that everyone else who was deceived by them, doesn't remember agreeing to that either. I asked the representative (Eddie) what happened to my free product, since I received 2 orders and was charged for 2 orders. He said that the first product was only free if you cancelled within 2 weeks of receiving the product. As I said, it must have been well hidden because I never would have ordered it. I don't recall seeing the prices anywhere either. I would never agree to buying something without knowing what it was going to cost. A word to the wise, they have also changed the names of their products.instead of Aqualift; it is now HOLEIN5*NEWAGESKIN and instead of Vitaderm; it is now HOLEIN5*SKINRENEW.
