This product was not what it was claimed to be. I was told that I would receive a free sample of the Aqualift and the Vitaderm products for me to try out. I received a full bottle of each and was charged for each product... No free sample as the website claimed. I also received a second bottle of each within just a few weeks, not enough time for me to even use up the first bottle of each, again charged for each product. I received a 3rd bottle of the Aqualift in today's mail and I am sure that the 3rd bottle of Vitaderm is also on its way to me, charged again for both products. I was able to contact the support number at 1-877-498-1950 and after some time on the phone I was told that I can return the products and will be credited for all orders other that the first one, which was supposed to be free but actually wasn't free at all. I do not want this product, it does nothing other than grease the skin... Who needs that type of treatment?
I was told that my credit card would be credited and that an email would be sent to me to verify the credit, so far, no email. I made it very clear that if this wasn't taken care of to my satisfaction that I would contact VISA and take it up with them, VISA always comes through.
