I purchased this product on 4/25 as a four part product totaling $590. I requessted a refund for all parts on 6/21.
This product had a 60 day unconditional guarantee on the sales web page for all parts.
Now when I ask for a refund, they claim that the guarantee was for only 30 days and that Plimus, who processed the order has only a 30 day guarantee. My claim is that Plimus is only the payment processer and the guarantee by Easy Click Commissions should be honored.
Additionally the software thats downloaded does not work and when I request support, I do not get any response.
This whole thing looks like a scam and I need help in getting my money back.
