Ordered several items in November, all said "available today". Credit card charged the next day. It's now March and I've received NOTHING. After first attempt to contact, received a response from someone named Tatiana who explained that some items needed to be ordered from the manufacturer, and that I could cancel this order at any time. Of course, my requests for cancellation and refund have been ignored. Four months later, my order continues to say "Warehouse Processing Order". This site is a SCAM! Do not buy! I just noticed that all of their Help Desk links have been disabled. Oh, but no surprise, everything I ordered in November continues to say "available today".
