I placed an order last Nov. Unlike most comanies that only charge after they ship. They charged my credit card the 2nd day. I was told it was on backorder. Up until today I never received anything, status still showing "Warehouse Processing Order ". People on the phone pushed me back to the web site and I was told that I could cancel the order. So I did, and they never process my cancellation and never respond to emails and never answer the call ever since.
