Ok... So my experience is just like all the others here. I signed up for their initial program as well as a VIP membership two days ago. Nothing but trouble since. Could not initially access their site or the VIP site. Called the number yesterday to get started as requested. Had a long conversation with Robert Seville yesterday who advised that I should speak with his manager. Spoke with Chad Huntsman today who immediately tried to upsell me to the tune of $3695. That was at 12 noon. After another long conversation today, I asked him to get all of my other issues resolved first, then I would talk about doing more. Well, needless to say, that was over 5 hours ago... And still nothing... No calls, no emails, nothing. I just called the customer service number given in a previous complaint and demanded my money back. Mia said that she had processed that request and cancelled my account. We will see!!! If not the FTC is next...
