York County Courthouse Pennsylvnia What happens when you put a criminal Judge on the civil bench because he can't keep his hands to his self?

Real simple. Everyone gets screwed.

For example now that york county courthouse has online access. Go to York-county.org. Select prothonotary. Then click civil case search, make sure you have the propper apps. Then search William Curry.

This man now has a case pending docket # SU-000641-44.

Within this petition is an order dated June where this Judge ordered the defendant's abused pregnant wife to return among other things weapons to her abuser. Or pay for them if they were not returned with in 10 days. He also filed a claim with his insurance company for the same things with the same alligations. They were smarter than the Judge. They knew the truth just from the obvious and are now seeking a judgement. A very interesting story if this srt of thing interests you.

It is unbelieveable that his wife could petition the court for a PFA which she did and got the temp. Order than at the hearing Mr. Curry lies the PFA is dismissed even though this man plead guilty to the same allegations brought fourth in the PFA.

Mr. Curry files a motion that his wife, during the time of this PFA alledgedly stole his items including various weapons, ammo. Exc. It's all outlined in the above mentioned petition. Then the Judge, Judge Kelley who had been removed from hearing criminal cases because the Public Defender Janon Tallo puts a PFA on the county Judge which as you can imagine would have caused a confilict had they continued to work together.

None the less the scumbag Judge was aloud to hear now civil cases. What is a PFA? Civil?

So during the hearing with Mr. Curry and his wife the Jude refused to consider the fact that this man couldn't have even legally had weapons which he claimed in court and on ins. Claim. The Judge with no proof other than testimony awards this man. The same person who was charged by police for beating his pregnnt wife gets out of a PFA. There's something obviously wrong with this system. Any attorneys interested in represnting his poor wife? They have a divoce pending and she is still Pro Se. Any one interested please respond to this
