I want everyone to know about this Cpl's conduct. This story is very disturbing.

I am a young lady who was married to William Curry. I was pregnant and on bed rest so it's fair to say I was pretty helpless at that time. My husband would call me a lazy rotten wife ect. He also had our home filled with firearms of all kind when he threatened to kill me I called police (state). My husbad was taken away in handcuffs for Domestic crimes that he later plead guilty to.

I filed for a PFA with a weapons relinquishment March 1st 2011. Mr. Curry is served at our home and upon his being served stated he had no weapons. When I called the state police to have this addressed, Cpl. Trees states according to his opinion if the served person owns weapons but gives them to smeone else that's ok. According to the PFA act it is not Ok. Here's why: The whole purpose of a PFA relinquishment is to 1. Make sure the weapons are properly secured meaning kept under lock amnd key. 2. Is to make sure the person holdin the weapons are leaglally aloud to do so. Meaning they don't have felony's or a PFA thereself.

My husbands then filed a petition in the same court before Woman Beating Judge Kelley and stated that during the time of this PFA I his victim stole weapons he told and signed a sworn affidavit stating he had none.

What's more disturbing is Cpl. Trees states also that your husband couldn't had weapons our officers witnessed them being takin from our home. Only the guns they know of were taken out.

All these services for Woman of Domestic violence are an Illusion. The only thing I got was someone to stand with me and that was an advacate.

Why is this cop so bent on protecting a woman beating scumbag? Did the police make a mistake or something that now if they file charges they would look like dicks for not following propper proceedur.

Perhaps if it was his mother or daughter he'd think differently. I've heard of men getting crucified for lesser things.

So sad a man can beat his pregnant wife, and children, own weapons during that time, then have the balls to sue in court before a known woman beating Judge.

There's an issue there too. This Judge Kelley has a pfa against him and he's on the bench hearing cases involved in PFA. Isn't that a conflict of interest?

Please people respond and let the state police know to PLEASE DO YOUR JOB.
