Judge Michael Bortner currently sits on the court of common pleas in York County. Recently Judge Michael Bortner showed is disregard for the law by applying a double standard for Cumberland County commissioner Bruce Barclay by giving him no jail for running a gay prostitution ring in his house and video taping them.
Judge Michael Bortner in my opinion does not deserve to sit on the bench and should be removed.
