Watch out for these guys folks. CACH will do whatever is necessary to win their case. I had a civil attorney, Paul Miller, recommended by Bud Hibbs and they still won in court.
I believe that they are very good at telling half truths and down right lies to get a judgment.
I live in a fairly small community and we do not have any civil law judges the judge that heard my case was a prosecutor and a crimimal law judge. Annette
Powell produced just enough evidence to keep the judge confused about the law. My judge usually tries criminal cases and had the attitude that I was guilty until proven innocent in his court room.
My attorney told him he did not have judicial standing and the case should be dismissed the judge got very angry placed sanctions on us and would not even listen to us the rest of the case.
If anyone is filing a Class Action suit I would love to be included in it. These are the worst of the worst.
We need to put these guys out of buisness and fast.
