They contacted us, we are a skip bin hire business in Melbourne, they asked us if they could use us as a contractor, they are an online booking service for skips, basically they take a booking and instant credit card payment for the job, placing their mark up on the price we actually charge for a bin. Whilst we did get paid for a few jobs we are still out of pocket $1069.00. We have contacted them so often it is a joke, we have been given so many different reasons as to why they havent paid us for the bins we have done for them, The best one being and I quote" well sorry but maybe we cant afford to pay you" that was met with a series of profanities on my behalf:). Now after emailing them twice a day for a month or so and ringing them every day the phone number is now not connected, and their web site is shut down... As far as I know the owner "Simon" was going to ring me but that was back in Dec doenst take that long for a call from QLD surely? Looking for any info on this company, we are looking at debt collecting and also contacting the office of fair trade, please post here if you can help with any info
