It looks like i am another victim - wish i had found this site before booking with these guys - couldn't fault the service up to delivery - although they were chasing me to pick the vehicle back up 3 hours before the rental period was to end. Like everyone else they have not returned my deposit £250 which the booking email states they were not going to charge! Goodness knows when i will get it back - steer clear
