E.B. H is an online bin company that claims to provide customers with the cheapest bins in Melbourne! They take a pre-paid credit-card payment over the internet and use bin companies in Melbourne (like a contractor) to supply bins to these customers on their behalf.
Basically, they take the money from the customer, but don't pay the supplier for the job done! We have tried calling them many times, and they only answer our calls when we put our number on private! They make up excuses such as 'the customer hasn't yet paid us, so we can't pay you' BUT every customer tells us they pre-paid!
