After signing up with Quibids, and reciveing e-mails from them I tried to log in to my account and they could not find my name, zip code, email address, or even the last 4 digits of the credit card I used to pay for my bids.
I was able to sign in to my account in late January of this year, but somehow all my information has somehow vanished from thier computer system. How could it have just vanished into thin air?
After speaking directly to a customer service rep. He did tell me that there had been a computer problem in the last month but he assured me if wouldn't have deleted any information, yeah right and I was born yesterday as well.
The company is a rip off. Save your money and don't be a victim like I was with Quibids!
