This company called us offering gap insurance to supplement our Medicare coverage for dental, eye care, prescriptions. We were assured by the salesman that our dentists were both preferred providers. We were also told we could get our eyecare and glasses at Costco. Well, our dentists are not providers and don't even take this coverage at all. Costco also does not honor this coverage. We have tried to call this company back using several different numbers, and the calls all go to the same voicemail. They never return our calls. They didn't call my dentist back either. They also requested payment by a verbally authorized check and wouldn't take our credit or debit card. We are now trying to find a way to get our money back and have contacted both the Federal Trade Commission and our State Attorney General's Fraud Divison and filed complaints.
