I receive a call from Senior Retirement Benefits offering gap insurance for Meidcare in May. I purchased it and I tried to use the eye care and was told they no longer used Coast to Coast eye coverage and gave me a number of another company. I called that company and they don't handle the insurance either. I then called the 800 general number on the card and they said they would call me back that all lines were busy. I called again and left a message and have not heard back from them. I don't know what else to do. I would like to get reimbursed for my exam and glasses which I had to pay since I couldn't get ahold of anyone to file a claim.
