L was looking for a loan and l spoke to this lady called Zowi she said to me that the account details were for them to pay the loan into and l was fooled into disclosing all my account details the next thing £79 was taken from my account the following week then l called the company to stop the loan application only to be told to do it in writing when l sent them an email with the address they say on the phone its not going through then what they said l agreed on its not what l agreed on and they are even adamant that l agreed, so they said it will take 30 to 6months to get my money back yet it took them 1week to take it from my account how does that work.
