On 2/24 I ordered 1 bottle of aqualift and 1 bottle of vitaderm for only the cost of shipping and handling. I received the 2 bottles in the mail. Two weeks later I received 2 more bottles. I called the company and "Neil"instructed me to send all 4 bottles, unopened, to the address he gave me for a full refund. I mailed them 3/19 as instructed. Saturday, 3/24 I received a credit card bill for another 137.94. They charged me full price for the first and second set. I only authorized the shipping and handling. Please help! What can I do! On my original order confirmation it says "for customer service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, call this number. 1-888-543-9408. I called it, I get a recording with the hours 11 to 8 PM, Monday thru Friday. I am very worried about this company.
