Answered for freetrial offer of both was told creditcard didnt work so did it again received one sample vitaderm 2samples aqualift one was broken sent that one back and received same bottle 2 days later I got my credit card bill few days later and it came before the actual samples arrived was charged $81.85 for vitaderm charged $77.03 for aqualift as well as $2.03
$4.12 $3.10 and $3.10 all for samples Called company and said I haven"t got product samples and now you are charging me for the product I explained I haven"t even tried the samples to see if I even liked it was told did you not read the add I responded with yes I had 18 days in which to cancel It is not my fault it has to clear US customs so I cancelled with them have yet to receive the other bottles that they charged me for. I am a hard working mother and wife with 2 teenagers who cost a lot to support also like everyone else on a strict budget this company should be ashamed of it self for blanantly ripping people off. They get what ever they deserve I just want my hard earned money back.
