I ordered 2 Graco Snugride Carseats in Sahara print from this website. They appeared to have the lowest price and be one of few places to carry this specific print. I am having twin girls (any moment now) and received the Graco Duoglide Twin Stroller in this print as a gift so I wanted the car seats to match. I placed the order on February 21st in the late evening and the money was taken right out of my account the following morning. I received a confirmation that my order had been processed and then another email saying that it changed to awaiting shipment on February 28th. March 2nd it said my order status had changed to "shipped" but there were no tracking numbers assigned to my order. I waited the amount of time they said it would take to ship and when they never arrived I emailed PayLess4Now to find out the status of what was going on with my order and asked for tracking numbers linked to the shipment. I received a very short email in broken English with absolutely no contact information stating the following "Hello,
We was delayed processing orders due to the amount of orders received and needed to be processed. This item is currently in stock and will ship out Monday."
I still re emailed asking for tracking numbers and never received a response. I have e mailed and e mailed and it is now March 23rd-I have had no correspondence relating to this matter. I have also submitted a request for a refund of my money-no response. All they have listed is an email contact, a mailing address, and a fax number. No way to contact a live person to talk to. They also have a link saying you can check information about your account or orders that you have placed through their "self service center". Every time I click on this it just opens another page saying "Not Found-the requested url/login.php was not found on this server." I believe this company is fraudulent and has stolen my money. I am contacting my bank and the police to find out if there is any recourse against them. I'd just like to recoup my money. I would strongly recommend that no one use this site... I've now seen other complaints similar to my own. Wish I had seen them before I had ordered my products.
