Do not rent to these people for any reason. The come with a teenaged daughter and a baby. The teenaged daughter is in to some drugs and the police show up several times a week. So if you have a nice house in a nice neighborhood, it looks really good with the swat team there several times a week. Also Paul & Amy never pay any of their bills. They have bill collectors that call me several times a week. Needless to say I always know what bills they have paid and which ones they have not. See when they were getting their new bills they put there phone number down and had to put my number down to prove that I was their landlord, but they never pay their bills so the collectors started calling me.
They rented some stuff and the collector had to call me to let them in to get their stuff. Oh did I forget to mention the fighting between Paul & Amy. Well they like to fist fight. So the walls of my house are covered in holes where their fists or some other body part has gone through. That poor baby I feel so sorry for because when they fight all you hear is the yelling and that baby crying.
The only reason their rent is paid is because the company that he works for pays it for them. From what I can understand is that they have lived in a couple of different states so every so often they half to move. When doing research on them come to find out some of the places that they have lived before, where they were paying their own rent, the rent never got paid. They lived in one place 6 months without one cent paid. So if you have ever seen the movie Parcific Height, Know that it seems pretty tame to what these people are like.
Oh yeah and their credit is shitty. Amy bought a car and lied on her applications so bad that they came and got the car and busted her for fraud. Paul has had a couple of repo's. Amy also likes to use the teenagers social security to get stuff. I hope if you meet these people you will pass.
