We currently rent from Remax. So, this summer, it was 90 degrees in my house, 100 degrees outside, and they wanted to take a week to try and figure out who to contact, and what to do about it so they could get someone to get it fixed. It's the middle of summer. I understand yall are busy. But a week? Then recently, we ran into an issue. Have never, in the 8 and a half months we have lived here, but some things came up. We get paid 2 times a month. Paid way more than half of the rent, was gonna pay the other half in the middle of the month. They call us talking about how they are going to go to court for eviction cause they are missing a tiny part of our rent... For 1MONTH!!! REALLY? On top of all this, had a mild plumming problem. Was our fault. I admit. Paid them, was done and over with. Now they are saying that we never paid them. Ugh! Also, they aren't networked together, so the place where you go to rent, you have to go to them for everything. Can't go to one closer to you. (That did get a little easier now that you can pay online though) Overall though, will NEVER use them again!!!
