I ordered a bed in october, in hindsight I wish I would have checked this site first, anyway the purchase was for $659.99. My order was to reach me in 5-6 weeks. I waited patiently but nothing ever came. Like all the other complaints I called A million times only to get an answering machine from which no messages were returned.
I emailed them also several times, unaware of any problem but still a little worried, this resulted in one response from "wendy" saying that my order was misdirected and was returned to the wharehouse but was back on track and should get to me by the second week of december.
The holidays came and I figured this could have slowed the order down so I waited again until after the new year and then sent an email. Of couse there was no response. I have just contacted my credit card company and found out that my 60 day purchase period was expired.
In one of the responses wendy states that she lost everything and that makes everyone feel better well it does make me feel better. Although getting my money back would make me fell even better. This company should not have been doing business when they knew it was in finacial distress.
Instead they tried to save they're asses by ripping everyone off. They should not be able to do business anywhere or under any name I hope whereever they go or whatever name they try to sell products under someone is there to shut them down. Any purchase I make from a company unfamiliar to me will be checked through this site. Thanks or regretfully you confirmed my suspisions.
