Signed up for free trial at cost of 2.99, received order and charged on Discover 1/11 along with seperate charge of 139.95 dated 2/2 on same statement. Called company to inquire on 2/20, spoke w/rep. (Amber) stated that she would note to cancel order after told that I had not received any additional orders to warrant the 139.95 charge. She explained that the order was to shipped at later date and that I should return it to a different address which she supplied. Order received 2/29 & returned on 3/1 via UPS, delivery conf.#0311 1110 001 3636423. Charge disputed w/Discover - case#185976172B on 2/20. Received Discover statement for March/12 and noted additional charge on 109.95 from Ginale' and called 3/22, spoke w/Mike cus. Serv. Senior rep. Who in summary explained that I failed to respond within 30days on initial order and was charged 139.95 on 2/2 after trial charge of 2.99 on 1/11, which he stated with S & H charge.informed him that there was no notice to call for cancellation nor a telephone # incorporated in the on-line order or in the initial shipment and that I was told by (Amber) that everything had been cancelled and my dispute noted. Mike said that there was possibly a misuderstanding on the part of the cust/rep, Amber. Mike stated that because the shipment had been returned that I would be refunded the 109.95 but because I had disputed the 139.95, it would not be refunded. He also related that he had no information concerning his corporate office or officers or supervisors and was not at liberty to supply any additional company information, company policy.
