I called NuBodi on 11/14 to find out how to deal with a problem Ive had with the trail bottle offer where I was to pat the shipping (which was charged to me on 11/02/07 $4.31) and try this product for 14 days and cancel during that time if I decided I was not satisfied. I had received an email on 11/14 that stated unless I canceled within two days I was going to be billed $97.31 for the next shipment.

I immediately called the 801-208-7485 number and spoke with Bronson and had explained that I had never even received the trail bottle and I did not want to be charged for anything I had not even had that chance to try. Bronson stated that my order was on back-order and this was the reason I had not gotten the first shipment. I explained to him that I felt I should have been notified by email or a call even explaining this back-order situation the same why the company emailed me about charging me. I then told Bronson I did not want anything else from the company and I certainly did not want to be charged since I had been hit for a shipping charge and not even received anything at this point. Bronson had provided me with a cancellation number and said that I would not be charged for anything else and that he was sorry for the confusion.

I went to work on 11/16 and checked my balance on-line like I always do and saw that I in fact had been charged $97.31 on 11/16. I called the company again and spoke with Erica and explained the entire situation and told her I needed this charge refunded. Erica began explaining to me what I had to do to get my money back I then requested to speak with her manager. I was placed on hold and then Pat came on the line asking me how she could help me, I had to go over this situation again and she cut me off and told me that I would have to wait for the product to be delivered and then return it before I could get any money refunded. I tried to ask her how it is that this even happen since I had a cancellation number provided by Bronson and that I had never even gotten the trail package. She got rude with me and told me to calm down and that if I shut my mouth she would help me. I was so bothered by this and I told her she had no place to speak to me this way. I then told her I should not be inconvenience due to their mistake. Pat then told me I called the same day it had been shipped and that I had to do what she said to get my money back. I tried to explained that if it had shipped the same day why did the email state I had two days and why didnt Bronson know this information and why was I provided a cancellation number? Pat told me to stop talking or she was going to hang up on me. I then informed Pat that if she did not refund my money I was going to contact my back to do a charge back she told me to go right ahead and the call was being recorded and that I was just a consumer trying to rob the bank, at that point Pat hung up on me.

The companys own cancellation policy states that if I didnt cancel by the 15th day I would then be charged and according to Pat the product was shipped on the 11/14/07 the 15th day for me would have been 11/17/07 and the charge hit my account on the 16th. Therefore the company jumped ahead of its own policy in my situation.
