I made a payment to Kaiser Permanente through this website, paykaiser.com. Kaiser Permanente billed me $1460.00 for emergency services I received in August. Paykaiser.com claim that they are Kaiser Permanente but apparently they are not. Their phone number is 1-800-348-0264. I paid using my HSA debit card. According to my HSA, the payment went through and it is registered as "patient services". As of today, my account with Kaiser is on collection because the payment has not been done to Kaiser. Kaiser representatives told me that these people are a contractor with Kaiser. They never made the payment. I have called them several times and the customer service reps say they can't give me any information about my payment because they don't have any information about my account. They refuse to give me information about supervisors' names, email or mail address from the company. My account is still on collection. Please help.
