My son and I were buying a car in Feb. We were trying to get a carfax infor on it-i tried 2 websites. I did indeed authorize 2 sources for the carfax and saw those posted on my acct. However, this charge showed up on my acct-it does not have the pertinent information that the other two charges have; and of course it does not show a phone number like the other two. I have called the bank to NOT AUTHORIZE IT-THEY ARE LOOKING INTO. I am disputing the charge and the bank will work with me.
