I bought a brand new droid razr on December 12 and the phone ran on 1x for the entire month. This phone was a signed with a 2 year contract and also paid 299.99!! On Jan. 5th 2012 i received a fru phone returned it and just got an email indicating a 299.99 equipment charge for damage device! Im furious this phone is 549.99 retail and im being charged 600.00 for a device i know was not damaged when i sent it!!! How can they seriously charge me 299.99 fee plus 299.99 for the phone that retails more than the phone.
