Didn't realise i'd signed up for a membership, it was a free 7 day trial. Won a bid, they charged me $16 for the camera, then wanted copies of allmy personal stuff, bank card birth cert. And drivers license. A few weeks later my account has been charged $89.99 so when i hit the online chat up about it they said i had signed up for the membership. When i asked for a refund, i wasn't entitled to it because i had used some of the "FREE" bids. When i asked him to cancel it he said there is a cancellation fee, when i asked how much it was he kept beating around the bush, wouldn't give me a straight answer. Then sent me a link to cancel it. It cost me $42 to cancel it. Then the next day i receive an email to say that my request to cancel is successful, but beacause i'm locked into a 3 month BINDING contrat my account will still incur fees so to make the most of my bids! Website say money back guarentee... False advertising... Scam scam scam!!
