I have included online message between myself and a rep of Ziinga which pretty much sums up what has happened

anthony: a membership that i cannot use because of a loophole very conveniently placed that involves me disclosing details that legaly i do not have to disclose. And a loophole that i was not informed of prior to accepting said membership

I have just spoken to police and they have advised me to not continue with getting the refund and to hand all details i have over to them so the choice is yours
